Give Up Electronics for 1 Hour: Day #5
Challenge 1 – Give up electronics for 1 hour a day to putter, free think, nap, be creative, rest or do nothing.
Day 5 – Woke up without an alarm feeling refreshed and clear. Had interesting dreams. Meditation this morning gave me clarity about how to start my day and what activities were a “go”.
It seems like my thinking is getting less muddled – is that just because I am not inputting so much into my brain via bingeing on social media? Could it also be that my attention span is improving because reading a book is more focused downtime than watching quick 10 second to 5 minute videos? Whatever the case, I welcome the improved clarity, focus, and energy!
